Realize growth & hit sales targets by managing a team of 2-8 people successfully
Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and guarantees its strong presence on the market
Initiate recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by getting to know and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
Keep an eye on emerging markets and identify trends while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ status as well
BS/MS degree in business administration or related field
Experience as a sales representative or manager
Success at having consistently met or even exceeded targets
Committment to life-long learning at workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
Proven management skills of sales processes from planning to closing
Excellent mentoring, coaching and leadership skills
Strong business sense, knowledge of lighting industry and command of Central European languages can score some extra points for you
